Return Policy

We do not allow any items to return to our business unless the product is critically damaged at the time of arrival. If the product arrives damaged, we will send a replacement to your address or issue a full refund if you contact us within 7 days when your products are delivered.

Our primary carrier is FedEx Ground. however, we can ship USPS, DHL, and any other provider if requested (there may be an additional charge).

Order Tracking

Once the order goes through, we will email you to verify your order and give you updates regarding your order and send the tracking information as soon as its completed and made.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is a fixed rate depending on the items you selected. We do not ship internationally or to the following places: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, and any U.S. Territories. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
